SmartTrade App allows you to keep track of everything that goes on in your business, including when someone pays for a service using cash. By recording this in your application you have all payment information in one place which is great when you need to reconcile or file your taxes.
To record a cash transaction, simply set up a job or click "Take Payment" in your app. When you get to the choices of payment you will see "Cash" as one of your options. Once you click this button, you simply accept the total breakdown and go straight through to sending your customer a receipt if they'd like one. This way of recording can also be used if you receive a bank transfer. Simply record the transfer as a cash payment and you'll have all the information in your job and customer lists.
