Notifying your customers

It's always important to make sure your customers are kept up to speed. Things often change and communication with your customers is key. We try to make sure we help with as much as possible. 

If you've scheduled a job with your customer, we make sure your customer is notified of any changes you may need to make. The customer will receive an email outlining what's changed and when the job has been rescheduled to. 

And when you have a customer assigned to a job, we make it simple to inform your customer with texts like "On my way" or other messages, when you want to quickly update them.
