How the customer views and accepts the quote

As soon as you send a quote to a customer, they will receive an email with a breakdown of the costs with your contact details. Within the email there's a button they can click to "Accept Quote", after which you will be notified immediately. 

Here's how a quote looks like to your customer:

In addition, the customer will also receive the quote attached in a PDF format which can be downloaded or printed.
