If you ever experience a dispute being raised by one of your customers, you will be notified by Wirecard or Stripe about which transaction has been disputed and why. SmartTrade App will work closely with you in order to guide you on what evidence you need to submit to Wirecard or Stripe to show the legitimacy of the payment.

Ultimately it will be up to your customer's issuing bank to decide whether or not there are grounds to charge back the disputed funds. You as the merchant and owner of the SmartTrade App account will be notified of any updates to the case.
