How to export your account details

Following GDPR regulations enforced as of May 25th, 2018, all customers are entitled to export their account details. 

This means, if you wish to view all your account details and see what SmartTrade App holds about you and your business on our records, you can simply do so by reaching out to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) via the email address dpo@smarttradeapp.com. 

The DPO will revert to you with a Data Subject Request Form, from which you can make a formal application for data that will be treated by SmartTrade punctually.

If you wish for us to remove any data, then please let the DPO know. Please just bear in mind some data is vital to maintain a fully functioning account and we may not be able to delete the data without subsequently closing down your SmartTrade App account.
