Absolutely, you can use the full range of features in your mobile app, even without any internet connection. The only part you will not be able to do is accept a card payment as we need to check the card details with our service providers to avoid fraudulent payments and ensure the card is legitimate with sufficient funds to make the payment to you. However, you can still do things like:

  • Create new jobs and customers
  • Create quotes and invoices
  • Set up new members of your team
  • Manage your team and delegate job
  • Record cash payments

As soon as you are online again, the app will sync with your dashboard in real time and everything is back up to speed.
