Every so often we need to send you emails or notifications informing you of something happening in SmartTrade. This could be account updates, new features or scheduled maintenance. 

Whenever we send out emails, the domain will always be @smarttradeapp.com. Sometimes you may also see something like "via ..." if we're using a third party to send out emails and it may look like this:

"support@smarttradeapp.com via r10.datadrivenemail.com"

As you can see, the email address before "via" ends in @smarttradeapp.com which means the email is a legitimate email from our support team.

If you see any other domains not matching SmartTrade App or Wirecard, please let our support team know right away.

Any correspondence from SmartTrade will be sent in the legitimate interest of the customer.
